Pilates with a Ballerina workout twist to end.
Work hard to improve your core strength with Pilates mat based exercises for an all over body tone, strengthen & stretch.
Then put those exercises into practice with a ballerina based workout to challenge your core and improve balance, tone, flexibility and coordination.
You’ll leave class feeling leaner, stronger, more flexible, elegant & energetic. So come and try Ballates for yourself, and feel the benefits after just 5 classes.
Group Classes are run and paid for in blocks of 5 for the best results & benefits.

Ballates : 2:15 - 3pm
*Pilates Dynamic Mat : 3:15 - 4pm

Gym wear is ideal. Leggings/tracksuit bottom and comfortable top!
We work in socks however bring trainers as I may well get you on the cross trainer for a blast of cardio to complete your session!
I will get you to fill in an information sheet regarding health, any past injuries, a little bit about you and your goals!
I will then do a quick postural assessment.
(don’t worry this is quick and pain free, and will help me tailor your program to see the areas we need to work on)
Then That’s it, we’re ready to go!!!
